This site is a distribution location for the most recent version (3.1) of NeTraMet. NeTraMet is freeware and is essentially an accounting meter which runs on a PC (personal computer) under DOS (Disk Operating System) or a UNIX. It builds up a packet and byte count for network traffic flow (network accounting). Traffic flow data is collected via SNMP (Simple Network Management Protocol) from NeTraMet by a 'collection program.' NeMacC is the combined manager and collector program and is supplied with NeTraMet. This network accounting package is for anyone interested in network monitoring, capacity planning and performance measurement. This site is a full distribution location complete with users manuals in Postscript and all necessary NeTraMet files.
